Returns & Exchange Policy
At SarasVya Silks we are committed to ensure that our customers have a delightful shopping experience. Our products undergo a strict 3 levels of quality check and it is very unlikely that a damaged/defective product is delivered at your doorstep. However, if a rare incident happens, we allow to place a return request. Also, sometimes it is likely to happen that you may not like the product and may want an exchange. In either of the case we have a return & exchange policy in place.
Return & Exchange Policy :
- You can place an exchange or return request within 2 days of receiving the product per below conditions & process
- Write an email to us within 48 hours of receiving the package at sarasvyasilks@gmail.com stating the reason for exchange or return.
- The saree should be in its original condition and neatly packed in its original cover. For sarees sent with silk mark certificate, it is mandatory to send the product with the silk mark certificate, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the return or exchange.
- No alterations, stains, damages or crushing of the fabric is present on the product. Original look of the sarees should not be tampered or miss handled.
- To process a return due to defect/damage, you must provide an opening video of the parcel from the beginning to the end. You also need to write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to support team at sarasvyasilks@gmail.com and attach all the necessary proofs, clearly showing the defect or damage. We will respond to your mail within 48 hours.
- NOTE: Unevenness in handloom saree threads is a common characteristic and often a sign of its authenticity and handcrafted nature. These imperfections, such as slight irregularities in the weave or variations in motif placement due to manual weaving process should NOT be treated as damage, hence should not be requested for a return.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will inspect the product at our end and initiate the refund in form of a coupon code/store credit of the same amount. You can use the coupon code in case you wish to exchange immediately with another product OR you can apply the coupon code in your next purchase. Coupon code shall be valid for 1 year.
- No refunds in case of 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
- No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address
- Please note that we do not have a pick-up facility. You will need to arrange the return shipping at your own expense.

Cancellations :
We do not offer a cancellation once an order is placed. Kindly place the order once you have made a confirmed choice of your selection.
