For shipping products to our valuable customers, SarasVya Silks has partnered with best logistics services to ensure that the products are handled professionally and delivered on time. All orders shall be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the payment confirmation.

Shipping Charges :

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• A cash-handling charge of ₹150 is applicable for all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

Delivery Time :

• We aim to deliver your order within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities or courier delays.

Order Tracking :

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp for you to monitor the delivery status.
